Data Deletion Instructions

Rimani One respects your right to delete your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all associated personal information, including any data obtained through Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp), or other connected platforms.

1. Delete From Within the App

If you have an active account, sign in and go to Account → Support (or Settings) and use the "Delete my account" option. This removes your profile, generated content, contacts, campaigns, opportunities, connected accounts, and tokens from our systems.

2. Request Deletion by Email

You can also request deletion by emailing us at rimani@growthhubai.co from the email address associated with your account. Please include:

We will confirm the request, verify your identity, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

Backups are purged on our standard retention cycle (up to 30 days after deletion). Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
